As a Senior Scrum Master within Wealth Management Engineering under Schwab Technology Services, you will play a critical role in enabling high-quality, predictable delivery across multiple Agile teams supporting a rapidly growing Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) business. What you have
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software delivery teams
- 5+ years of experience in software development environments within financial services, including exposure to cross-team dependencies
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments supporting multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management and trade lifecycle processes, including Equity/ETF, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds workflows
Proven ability to
- Apply Agile practices, metrics, and frameworks to improve delivery predictability, team effectiveness, and product quality
- Proficiency with Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
