About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing multi-state healthcare organization is seeking an experienced VP of Finance to join its executive leadership team. The company operates multiple healthcare communities across several states and is actively pursuing strategic growth opportunities through acquisitions and operational expansion.

This position will play a critical role in financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, lender relations, and supporting the company's continued growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all corporate finance and accounting functions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury functions.
• Supervise accounting personnel and external accounting resources.
• Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting packages.
• Monitor community-level financial performance and key operating metrics.
• Coordinate annual audits, tax engagements, and financial reviews.
• Manage lender reporting requirements and covenant compliance.
• Support acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and integration activities.
• Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with ownership and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Multi-site healthcare, senior living, long-term care, home health, hospice, or related healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with lenders, banking relationships, and debt compliance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

Preferred Experience

• Senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or healthcare operations.
• Acquisition and integration experience.
• Experience managing distributed or remote accounting teams.
• Experience supporting organizations with multiple operating locations.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
