INTRODUCTION
Enterpret turns unstructured customer feedback into a structured, queryable source of truth, so product, marketing, and CX teams can make decisions grounded in what customers are actually saying. We move fast, we're building software that defines its category, and we're investing in a brand that matches the ambition of the product.
ROLE
We're looking for a Lead Brand Designer & Web Developer to own the look, feel, and consistency of Enterpret's brand across every surface it touches, both digital and physical. You'll take our brand from good to distinctive, building a modern, cohesive visual identity and the systems that keep it consistent as we grow. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You should be as comfortable designing and building as you are crafting a story and a message, because a big part of the job is helping maintain and protect what matters most: the brand, the product, and the customers we serve. You'll shape the brand at a foundational level, design the assets, build and maintain the website, and own the process that helps the rest of the company get what they need from design quickly and on-brand.
Our Philosophy on AI and Design
We're not looking for someone to hand the brand over to AI. We're looking for someone whose taste and judgment lead the work, and who is curious about using AI to move faster. Used well, it helps you produce more assets, materials, and campaigns without lowering the bar. The vision and the eye stay yours. The tools just help you cover more ground.
- Build and evolve a modern, consistent brand identity across all of Enterpret's digital and real-world assets, including foundational work like logo design, visual systems, and the guidelines that hold everything together.
- Design across a wide range of formats, including:
- Website
- Sales and marketing collateral
- Social content
- Imagery and illustration
- The Enterpret website
- Event branding, booths, and on-site collateral
- Swag and physical goods, from stickers and apparel to giveaways and everything that shows up at events
- Executive decks
- Edit, animate, and package videos into polished deliverables, with a clear sense of what makes them work. This is a craft we want in-house, not a shoot-on-location role.
- Build and maintain modern, motion-rich web experiences in Webflow, designing and developing the site directly, structuring clean and scalable pages, and bringing them to life with thoughtful animation and interaction.
- Establish and maintain a design system and brand guidelines so the brand stays consistent as more people contribute to it.
- Own the intake-to-delivery process for design requests: a clear way for teammates to submit work, realistic timelines, and steady momentum on projects.
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, understanding how design supports campaign goals and drives results.
- Work as a true partner with the people requesting design. The best output comes from a two-way conversation, so you'll treat requesters as collaborators rather than a queue of tickets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A track record of building and maintaining brands from the ground up, including logo and identity work. You've created systems, not just worked inside them.
- Strong command of the core design toolset: Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, or equivalents), plus whatever else helps you do great work.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing in Webflow. You're comfortable building and maintaining production sites, structuring layouts, and implementing motion and interaction yourself.
- Video editing, animation, and packaging skills. You can take raw assets and turn them into something polished, with a strong sense of what looks good.
- Fluency across a wide range of media formats, from digital to print to physical swag.
- Just as comfortable crafting a story and a message as you are designing and developing. You see brand work as a way to protect the brand, the product, and our customers.
- Experience working cross-functionally inside a marketing function, including on campaigns, with a collaborative and conversational approach to stakeholders.
- Comfort handling conversations with executive stakeholders, especially when standing behind brand and design decisions.
- A genuine interest in SaaS products and the ability to have substantive conversations with your partners about the work.
- A strong eye for current design trends, with the judgment to know when to follow them and when to set your own.
- Demonstrated project and time management skills. You keep your own work on track, manage incoming requests, and have a clear process for how work gets submitted and prioritized.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work.
REQUIREMENTS
- A portfolio that demonstrates brand, web, and motion work across digital and physical formats.
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand or visual design, including time supporting a marketing function in-house or at an agency.
- Proven proficiency with Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.
- Demonstrated experience building or rebuilding a brand identity end to end, from logo and system through to live application.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or technical products.
- Experience scaling a brand and design function at a high-growth startup.
