Details
- Outpatient clinic setting at a Level I Trauma Center
- Adult and pediatric patient population across acute care and outpatient settings
- Performs radiographic procedures including abdomen, chest, upper and lower extremity, spine, pelvis, and head imaging
- Handles trauma cases including trauma shoulder/humerus and trauma lower extremity imaging
- 1:1 patient ratio
- Uses GE radiography equipment and PACS system
- Epic EMR required
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM on Monday/Wednesday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday/Sunday
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- ARRT(R) certification and BLS required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
- Proficiency in bedside/portable procedures and Emergency Department imaging preferred
- Skilled in abdomen, upper extremity, lower extremity, spine, pelvis, chest, and head radiographic procedures
- Knowledge of infection prevention, isolation precautions/PPE, and radiation safety required
- License required if applicable

- Responsible for administering ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes with high accuracy in positioning and exposure technique
- Serves as primary liaison between patients, licensed independent practitioners, and support team members
