This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role centered on prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business — it is not a Project Management role and not an Estimating role. Awarded work is transitioned to Crestone's Project Management team, who own execution, delivery, and job profitability; bids and pricing are developed by Crestone's Estimating team.

- Maintain ongoing client relationships throughout the life of a project, coordinating with the Project Management team as needed.
- Hand off awarded projects to the Project Management team for execution; this role does not retain responsibility for project delivery or profitability.
- Background in Estimating, Project Management, or Superintendent work within utility construction strongly preferred — candidates should be able to speak credibly to project scope, cost drivers, and risk in client conversations.
