About the job you’re considering
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale enterprise infrastructure programs, including network design, hardware implementation, and application delivery. This role will drive strategic alignment between business and technology teams, translate business priorities into executable plans, and ensure successful delivery using Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
Your role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects, including network design, hardware installations, firewall configuration, load balancing, and system implementation.
- Manage medium to large, complex programs by developing integrated project plans, tracking dependencies, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and translate high-level requirements into detailed, actionable project plans.
- Facilitate joint planning sessions across business and technology teams, driving alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure commitments, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program-level schedules covering business requirements, development, QA, and deployment phases; track performance against milestones.
- Establish program-level KPIs and metrics; monitor delivery performance, risks, and progress, ensuring proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your skills and experience
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure programs involving network architecture, hardware deployment, and security components such as firewalls and load balancing.
- Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale, cross-functional, and complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience translating strategic vision into program scope, design, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with demonstrated experience implementing Agile practices across program delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus across business and technology teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly JIRA, including building Scrum/Kanban boards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks; experience with Chalkpages is highly preferred.
- Ability to evaluate industry trends and organizational capabilities to recommend innovative solutions and alternative approaches.
- Nice to Have
- Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments across enterprise IT programs.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives (cloud, infrastructure modernization, digital programs).
- PMI, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 - $174,000.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
