Responsibilities include:

• Identify, plan, implement and lead key projects to improve quality, reduce regulatory risks, increase productivity, and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvements.
• Tracks effectiveness of process improvements, projects, corrective and preventative actions.
• Participates on various project teams and assists with value-added programs to drive continuous improvement.
• Creates reports of audit findings and potential process improvements with management.
• Support data analytic activities including analyzing raw data and developing effective reporting tools including advanced MS Excel worksheets.
• Working with executives and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating with Company Executives and other professionals to create unique data infrastructure, running tests on their designs to isolate errors, and updating systems to accommodate changes in company needs.
• Create reports and dashboards for internal teams.
• Develop and implement databases and data collection systems.
• Utilization of various methods to visualize data such as infographics and graphs.
• Establishing KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information.
• Make recommendations on findings via presentations and discussions.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
• Utilization of SQL to create reports, pages and identify opportunities in business practices to support WMS and JDE ERP software packages.
• Key resource in data gathering and discussions revolving around strategic automation projects and implementation strategies.

Requirements

Education (High School, College, Other):

• Minimum 4 year bachelor degree is preferred, plus 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Specific Education Requirements:

• Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree with Data Analytics specialization preferred.

Specific Skills and/or Experience with Software, Equipment, etc.:

• Databases and Platforms: Db2 SQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access.
• Business Intelligence and Data Analytics: Power BI (end-to-end development), Tableau, Minitab, Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros), Pentaho, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Programming and Scripting: VBA.
• WMS and ERP Systems: Boss, JDE.
