Analytics Manager Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a analytics manager in Colorado?
Colorado does not require a state-issued license to work as an analytics manager. Most hiring managers expect a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, data science, or computer science, with a master's degree increasingly preferred for senior roles. Candidates typically move into management after several years as a senior analyst, data scientist, or BI developer, building a portfolio of cross-functional projects and team leadership before stepping into a manager title.
Which companies hire analytics managers in Colorado?
Colorado analytics manager roles are posted by Ibotta, Zeta Global, and DaVita and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's concentration of aerospace, healthcare, and fintech firms creates consistent demand for analytics managers who can work across technical and business teams.
Which Colorado cities have the most analytics manager jobs?
Denver, Greenwood Village, and Broomfield account for the largest share of analytics manager openings in Colorado. The Denver metro drives the majority of postings, anchored by headquarters operations in financial services and healthcare, while Boulder's technology and startup ecosystem and Colorado Springs' defense and aerospace sector add meaningful volume outside the primary metro area.
Are there remote analytics manager jobs in Colorado?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 67% of analytics manager openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how well the core work of data modeling, reporting, and stakeholder presentations translates to distributed teams. Strategic and cross-functional leadership responsibilities are the parts most likely to require periodic in-office presence.
How can I get hired as a analytics manager in Colorado with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into an analytics manager role from a senior individual-contributor position such as senior data analyst, BI developer, or data scientist. Colorado employers including large healthcare systems, DaVita, and regional financial institutions often promote from within or hire analysts who have informally led projects. Building a portfolio of end-to-end analytical projects, earning a certification in a recognized BI or data platform, and targeting team-lead or analytics lead titles are the steps that open the door without a prior manager title.
Where can I find and apply to analytics manager jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate lists current analytics manager openings in Colorado. Search the roles available, find the ones that match your experience and preferred location or work arrangement, and apply directly to the postings that fit your background.
