Your opportunity
At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. The Treasury Analytics & Reporting team plays a critical role in advancing how Corporate Treasury operates—delivering scalable analytics, modern reporting, and automation that drives better decision-making across the balance sheet. As a Senior Specialist, you will act as a builder and problem-solver, translating complex business needs into practical, high-impact solutions. You’ll partner closely with Treasury stakeholders to understand challenges, shape ideas into tangible products, and bring them into production—enabling faster insights, greater efficiency, and improved operational performance.
In this role, you will design and develop data-driven applications and reporting solutions that replace manual processes with automated, scalable capabilities. Leveraging Python, modern BI tools, and emerging AI capabilities, you will create intuitive dashboards, interactive tools, and advanced analytics that empower leaders with clearer, more actionable insights. You will integrate data across systems, strong data modeling practices, and ensure solutions are reliable, performant, and adaptable over time.
Success in this role requires curiosity, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity—taking broad, undefined problems and structuring them into clear, executable solutions. You’ll present your work to senior leadership, articulate trade-offs, and influence decisions through evidence-backed insights. This is an opportunity to shape how innovation, automation, and AI enhance Treasury operations while continuously identifying new areas to drive impact.
