An award-winning luxury resort in the Florida Keys is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury food and beverage operations, wine service, and elevated guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have Food & Beverage management experience, a passion for wine and beverage service, and a WSET Level 1 certification or sommelier background. Island or remote resort experience is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- WSET Level 1 certification or sommelier training/background.
- Previous Food & Beverage management experience.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beverage service, and food pairings.
- Luxury hospitality, fine dining, or upscale resort experience preferred.
- Previous island or remote destination experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations while maintaining exceptional luxury service standards.
- Lead and manage the guest experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Oversee wine and beverage service, including recommendations, pairings, and staff education.
- Maintain beverage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
