We are seeking an experienced and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Burger King restaurants throughout the Tampa, Florida market.

Position Summary

The District Manager is responsible for leading the operational performance of multiple Burger King restaurants by coaching Restaurant General Managers, driving sales growth, ensuring profitability, maintaining brand standards, and developing future leaders. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support 6–8 Burger King restaurant locations.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain Restaurant General Managers and management teams.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Burger King operating standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve key performance metrics.
• Monitor labor, food costs, and controllable expenses.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Human Resources on staffing, employee relations, and talent development.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement programs.
• Ensure restaurants consistently achieve operational excellence and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience required; Burger King or major national brand experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurant locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing P&L statements and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations throughout the Tampa area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food safety.
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Experience leading high-performing management teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant reporting systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
