The candidate must have knowledge and experience in skill development, team strategies, and athlete motivation, supported by prior coaching experience. Current club coaching experience is strongly preferred. This position is seasonal from July 2026-November 2026.

- Previous coaching experience at the high school level or other applicable coaching experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the athletic administrators, parents, and students.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with athletic participants.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making; be an effective problem solver and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
