We're looking for an eager self-starter to join our team as Assistant Project Manager. You'll work alongside Project Managers, field personnel, trade partners, owners, and architects, handling project administration across every phase — from startup through closeout, including:
- Preparing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Maintaining project drawings and specifications
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
If you're organized, driven, and have experience providing project team support in a fast-paced environment construction or otherwise — we want to meet you.
What You Bring
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Procore
- Owns submittal and RFI workflows from start to close
- Proactive — flags procurement, compliance, and schedule risks before they become problems
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail across subcontracts, change logs, and closeout documents
- Applies lessons learned to new buyout and procurement challenges
- Resourceful problem-solver who escalates with solutions, not just issues
- Manages multiple subcontractors simultaneously, from mobilization through closeout
- Strong communicator, comfortable leading meetings with owners and subcontractors
- Resilient and confident under pressure, without losing working relationships
- High integrity, especially around budget and payment data
