Candidate’s duties will include installing and servicing Intrusion/Burglary, A/V and Low Voltage wiring. The Service/Installation Technician will service, maintain, and install these systems working both independently, and as part of a team. Candidate will work primarily on residential and light commercial accounts.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional appearance

- Ability to troubleshoot Qolsys, DSC, Honeywell, 2Gig, Alarm.com preferred
Job Duties:
- Install and service smart home technology in customer homes and small businesses
- Ensure on-time arrival to customer appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service

- Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment
