We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for streamlining operations
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
