- Comfortable leading classes alone from your first week.
- Comfortable visiting schools and speaking with directors independently during your first week.

This role requires equal comfort leading energetic preschool classes and developing new business through in-person school outreach. Applicants who are only interested in coaching or only interested in sales are unlikely to be successful in this position.
