We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, embraces accountability, and wants to grow in a performance-based environment. The Business Development Representative plays a key role in expanding our agency by building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping customers protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Conduct customer conversations to understand needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline through disciplined follow-up.
- Learn and apply professional sales, communication, and customer relationship strategies.
- Take ownership of daily activities, sales goals, and personal performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and develop lasting relationships.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
