So what are we looking for?

We are seeking a Dental Business Administrator (Office Manager) who is comfortable handling front desk administrative duties.

The duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

Front Desk & Administrative Duties:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient communications
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Insurance Submission & Treatment Plan Presentation

As the Dental Office Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of the practice, fostering a positive team culture while ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing team members, promoting accountability, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

When do we need you?

Monday - Thursday: 7:15am - 4:30pm

Fridays: 7:15am to 1:30pm

*NO WEEKENDS* *NO LATE NIGHTS*
