- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on commercial structure, issuer economics, and ecosystem alignment without serving as a quota‑carrying role
Product & Market Feedback Loop
- Translate issuer feedback, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics into actionable input for Product Management
- Influence roadmap priorities by aligning issuer demand with business focus and growth objectives
- Ensure capabilities are clearly defined, commercially viable, and positioned for issuer adoption
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
- Help establish best practices for issuer commercialization, market education, and ecosystem engagement
- Contribute to a cohesive, aligned commercial strategy across the Payment Networks Portfolio
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in network payments, prepaid, debit, issuer services, or financial services commercialization
- Deep understanding of debit issuance and issuer economics
- Proven experience engaging banks, credit unions, and fintech issuers at a senior level
- Strong market credibility with the ability to operate as a trusted expert and strategic partner
- Experience enabling and supporting sales organizations within a matrixed, enterprise environment, influencing GTM strategy, commercialization models, and issuer adoption
