Case Manager Supervisor, Audits & Enrollments

Overview

• Location/Schedule: In person, Monday to Friday, 40 hours, Dumbo, Brooklyn, NY
• Role: Full-time supervisor overseeing audits and client enrollments for our Weekly Meal Assistance Programs
• Program: Delivers thousands of meals to Bronx residents as part of a Medicaid initiative promoting health through nutritious food
• Impact: You’ll keep enrollment and audit operations accurate, compliant, and timely, so clients receive the benefits they’re eligible for

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach case managers; review case files, documentation, and enrollment quality
• Lead audit activities: verify client eligibility, benefit records, and program compliance
• Oversee client enrollments, including intake, eligibility review, and follow-up
• Manage high-volume caseloads and tight deadlines; resolve escalations and urgent client issues
• Coordinate with clients, community providers, and Medicaid partners
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records across internal and external systems
• Identify errors and trends; implement corrective actions

What we're looking for:

• Experience with City, State or Federal Reviews / Audits of Records (required)
• Strong, warm phone presence is MANDATORY.
• DHS Shelter Experience - MAJOR PLUS!
• HRA / Public Assistance Knowledge - MAJOR PLUS!
• Experience in Social Services, case management, or benefits enrollment
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail, written communication, and sound judgment
• Knowledge of Medicaid is useful but not mandatory
• Bilingual ability (preferred)

Pay: $24.65 - $35.10 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
