Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong culinary leader within a high-volume casino, hotel, or similar hospitality-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of food production, menu execution, food safety standards, and kitchen organization with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across all casino dining operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams while supporting senior culinary leadership in driving operational excellence and financial performance
Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations for the casino, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and timely execution across all casino dining outlets
- Assist with prep planning, inventory management, scheduling, and cost control to maintain efficient and high-quality kitchen operations across all casino dining venues
