A Client Relationship Specialist is someone who provides assistance to the Business Development and Marketing Department in terms of handling and carrying out different business strategies and other important duties in the company. Maintaining existing relationships with clients is a must.
**Day shift and night shift available**
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works under the supervisor of a Regional Manager and/or Director in order to provider assistance for the company’s different marketing objectives.
- Research marketing strategies as well as researching other essential information that will help the marketing team establish ideal plans for the company.
- Responsible for survey analyses and other relevant marketing
trends and strategies.
- Make graphs and detailed report for data analysis through computerized
technology.
- Holds responsible for placing DAILY visits to clients. This is essentials to deliver high sales pitches and provider excellent customer satisfaction.
- Deliver reports for researching findings, this must be submitted through
presentations and written reports.
- Responsible for providing assistance in making marketing or advertising materials, as flyers, brochures, blogs, and other related promotional methods.
- Help manage social media accounts/pages for the company’s brand, products, service.
- Other duties as assigned.
