About Us
We are an outpatient mental health group family practice consisting of Social Workers, Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists across the New York. We are looking for a experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with at least 3 years of experience as a Social Worker, to join our team as we provide high quality mental health care to patients in New York.

What we are looking for in an ideal candidate?
- Experience - at least 3 years work experience as a Licensed Social Worker, Minimum of three years experience beyond certification
- Collaborative - Excited to work with a group of clinicians with over 30 years of experience
- A completed masters in social work
- Active LCSW/LMHC license in NY
- Demonstrates proficiency in assessment of client's social and emotional status using effective interviewing skills
- Experience in a mental health or hospital setting
