This role is designed for growth: you’ll be paid to train and learn, developing valuable skills and building a strong career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We also offer highly competitive pay to recognize the impact and dedication of our team.
No RBT Certification? No problem we'll train you. Start at $20-$29 hour and quickly advance to $32/hour with experience. We're here to help you grow your career!
Your Responsibilities:
- Flexible PART-TIME schedules: after school hour & potential for weekends
- Provide direct 1-on-1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings
- Teach skills like better communication, social interaction, and daily living skills to children with autism
- Work under a Master level therapist who will provide training plans for each child
- Collect accurate data about the wonderful progress you make with the children you work with and implement the planned activities and lessons
- Maintain good communication with your supervisors
- Check and maintain your schedule on our scheduling software
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- [Required] High School diploma
- [Required] Driver's license and reliable transportation
- [Preferred but not necessary] Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - we will pay to train you if you don't have it!
- [Preferred] 1-2 years experience working with children
- At least 1 year experience with ABA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
- Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping others
- Must be able to pass a background check
