JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for implementing and supporting WRHS clinical applications across departments, serving as the day-to-day contact for end-users during implementation and ongoing maintenance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support implementation and operation of clinical modules
- Serve as the point of contact for end-users; train staff on clinical applications
- Test software updates and maintain system security through role-based access
- Document and track issues and enhancement requests
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota
- 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with EHR systems, or a comparable EHR platform (Meditech or Epic)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Clinical informatics/health IT experience preferred
Normal working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
