Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our innovative research team. Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up procedures in compliance with FDA regulations and ICH GCP standards
- Supervise research staff and oversee training to ensure adherence to clinical research methods and ethical guidelines
- Review and verify clinical documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory documents for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor patient progress throughout the study duration, including blood sampling, data collection, and adverse event reporting
- Manage data entry, validation, and analysis using statistical software while ensuring compliance with CDISC standards and data management protocols
- Maintain accurate records within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure HIPAA compliance for patient confidentiality
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to uphold clinical trial standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Skills
- Supervising experience in a clinical or research setting with proven leadership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical laboratory procedures
- Expertise in reviewing clinical documentation and conducting patient monitoring activities
- Proficiency with statistical software for data analysis and interpretation
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA
- Experience with clinical development processes, project management in healthcare environments, and research project coordination
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively for reporting and documentation purposes
- Certification in ICH GCP (from a recognized issuer) or equivalent certification such as CA (California) certification is highly desirable
- Knowledge of EMR systems, blood sampling techniques, CDISC standards for data collection, and clinical trials management systems
- Strong understanding of clinical ethical guidelines, compliance management practices, and quality assurance standards in research settings
- Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail to ensure data integrity and research accuracy
