Working within the Marketing Technology and Enablement team, you will play a critical role in supporting cross-functional AI pilots by shaping the narrative, coordinating stakeholders, and establishing the operating rhythm that drives initiatives forward. You will support AI pilot workstreams through executive and stakeholder updates, progress tracking, pilot readouts, adoption storytelling, trend synthesis, and presentation development. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, can create structure quickly, and excels at turning complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a clear operating cadence across multiple AI pilot workstreams, including timelines, actions, dependencies, and decision logs
- Amalgamate updates from workstream owners and convert them into concise weekly summaries, executive-ready readouts, and clear next-step recommendations
- Develop presentations, status updates, talking points, and narrative materials that help leaders understand progress, risks, learnings, and opportunities
- Track pilot objectives, milestones, success measures, issues, and emerging trends to ensure the broader program story is grounded in evidence
- Identify themes across pilots and convert fragmented information into structured insights, patterns, and implications for scale
- Draft communications for stakeholders across marketing, technology, operations, and other business functions to maintain alignment and momentum
- Prepare for key forums by creating agendas, pre-reads, meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up materials
- Step into ambiguous situations, create order quickly, and move work forward without requiring heavy direction
- Create executive-quality slides, dashboards, and briefing materials that synthesize updates, trends, business impact, and recommendations
- Conduct cross-workstream trend synthesis, including themes, blockers, dependencies, and signals that can inform future scaling decisions
SKILLS
- Exceptional presentation-building and storytelling skills with the ability to turn rough inputs into polished, senior-ready slides and written updates
- Strong organizational discipline and follow-through with experience managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear messages, trends, risks, and actions
- Comfort operating independently in ambiguous environments and proactively driving work to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the judgment to tailor messaging for executive and working-level audiences
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency with collaboration and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, customer experience, or global consumer brands is beneficial
- Experience supporting senior executives with steering committees, or transformation office outputs is a plus
- Working knowledge of enterprise AI use cases, pilot lifecycle management, change management, and responsible AI considerations is advantageous
- Familiarity with data visualization, simple dashboarding, or lightweight analysis to support decision-making is useful
Experience
- 4 years experience in program or project management, communications, chief-of-staff-style support, marketing operations, consulting, or a similar role that required structured execution and executive communication
- 3 years experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, digital transformation programs, innovation portfolios, or complex cross-functional marketing work
Unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation within a global hospitality leader. You will have the chance to shape how emerging technology is adopted across the organization while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. If you are energized by the challenge of bringing structure to ambiguity, telling compelling stories with data, and driving meaningful change at scale, this role offers the perfect platform to make a significant impact on the future of marketing and customer experience.
