Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Operations Jobs at Aditi Consulting Jobs
Frame Your Resume Around Staffing Operations
Aditi Consulting operates in staffing and recruiting, so highlight operations experience that maps to workforce management, contractor lifecycle, or vendor coordination. Generic operations resumes get screened out faster at staffing firms than at direct employers.
Confirm Your Visa Type Matches Open Filings
Aditi sponsors multiple nonimmigrant visa categories for Operations roles, including TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Before applying, verify your current status aligns with what they actively file, since not every open role is approved for every visa type.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Operations Roles by Sponsorship
Search Migrate Mate to find Operations positions at Aditi Consulting filtered by the visa categories they sponsor. This saves you from applying to roles where sponsorship isn't confirmed and helps you target postings that match your status.
Understand Aditi's H-1B Filing Calendar
If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship, the USCIS cap-subject lottery runs in March for an October 1 start date. Align your interview timeline so an offer can be extended in time for your employer to file the registration before the window closes.
Get Your Supporting Documents Ready Before the Offer Stage
Staffing firms move quickly once an offer is made. Have your degree certificates, transcripts, and any prior visa approval notices ready in advance. Delays in gathering documents after an offer can push back your LCA filing with DOL and your I-129 submission to USCIS.
Ask Specifically About Internal Transfer and Bench Policies
Aditi places workers across client sites, so clarify whether your Operations role is direct internal headcount or a client-facing placement. This affects your H-1B petition structure, worksite location requirements, and how USCIS evaluates the specialty occupation determination.

Find Operations at Aditi Consulting JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Aditi Consulting sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Yes, Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B visas for Operations positions. As a staffing and recruiting firm, they have an established process for supporting work visa filings across their internal operations function. If you're currently on an H-1B with another employer, a transfer is generally possible without waiting for the next USCIS lottery cycle.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Aditi Consulting?
Browse current Operations openings at Aditi Consulting through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. When you apply, tailor your resume to staffing and recruiting operations specifically, and indicate your visa status upfront so their recruiting team can assess sponsorship fit early in the process.
Which visa types does Aditi Consulting commonly use for Operations hires?
Aditi Consulting sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for Operations roles, along with TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. They also work with candidates on F-1 OPT and CPT, making them accessible to recent graduates still in their authorized training period before an H-1B petition is needed.
What qualifications does Aditi Consulting expect for sponsored Operations roles?
For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field is typically required. For Operations positions at a staffing firm, backgrounds in business administration, supply chain, human resources operations, or a related discipline are most relevant. Work experience in staffing industry workflows strengthens your application significantly.
How do I time my application if I need H-1B sponsorship through Aditi Consulting?
The H-1B cap-subject lottery registration window opens in March each year, with an employment start date of October 1 if selected. To give yourself enough runway, target an offer from Aditi by late February. If you're already on OPT, a timely cap-gap provision can keep you authorized to work while your petition is pending with USCIS.
