You will be responsible for shaping the expansion approach for this ecosystem and lead a cross functional team passionate about driving impact across two key areas:
Cross-Application Growth: Scale our products within Adobe’s creative ecosystem by integrating workflows and optimizing acquisition funnels across internal and external touchpoints.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive Cross-Application Growth Strategies
Workflow Integration: Build cross-application workflows and incorporate Firefly's Generative AI tools into Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere.
Journey Optimization: Manage end-to-end user journeys. Scale branded entry points across the product ecosystem. Support the development of a cross-app platform. Build viral loops and develop our trends and sharing roadmap to drive organic growth.
External Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships to define new entry points and workflows (e.g., LLM providers, hardware, and software partners).
Architect Portfolio Lifecycle Oversight (LCM)
Omnichannel Activation: Manage LCM channels across the Creator portfolio, including push, in-app, email, SMS, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Google Play.
Evergreen Engagement: Direct the evergreen LCM strategy with Outbound Product Marketing to sustain user engagement between major product releases.
Infrastructure Acceleration: Partner with Product and Engineering to advance infrastructure.
Platform modernization: Explore new ways to bring to bear Gen AI technologies to engage users and drive operational excellence.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution & Growth Operations
Growth Operations: Lead high-velocity multivariate testing frameworks to optimize acquisition funnels, monetization models, and user flows.
Product-Led Growth (PLG): Operationalize PLG loops - such as sharing, referrals, and asset remixing to improve user acquisition.
Executive Alignment: Align Engineering, Build, Product, and Marketing around unified growth objectives. Translate growth analytics into clear executive reporting.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Growth Leadership: 12+ years of leadership experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or product management. A proven record of scaling products to mass-market adoption within a multi-product ecosystem.
Mobile & Web Expertise: Deep experience driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies for applications.
Lifecycle & Ecosystem Experience: Proficiency in managing complex LCM channels and growth loops. Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation infrastructure (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer) is highly preferred.
Quantitative Rigor: Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated capability in cohort analysis, funnel optimization, user profiling, and A/B/multivariate experiment development.
Technical & Creative Proficiency: Ability to translate GenAI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) into intuitive value propositions for creative professionals in building, video, and imaging.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to influence executive collaborators, product managers, and engineering teams in a matrixed organization.

Align your portfolio to Adobe's funnel stages
Adobe's Growth Marketing teams are organized around product-led growth loops, so lead with campaign work tied to activation, retention, or expansion, not just awareness. Hiring managers look for evidence of experimentation and measurable funnel impact.
Clarify sponsorship eligibility before applying
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and Green Card pathways, but not every requisition is pre-approved for all categories. Ask your recruiter directly which visa types are supported for the specific role level you're targeting.
Time your OPT application around Adobe's hiring cycles
Adobe typically runs major hiring pushes in Q1 and Q3. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your remaining authorization window covers the onboarding period, since Adobe's offer-to-start timelines for marketing roles can run six to ten weeks.
Prepare for Adobe's specialty occupation documentation
USCIS requires H-1B petitions to demonstrate a direct relationship between your degree field and the Growth Marketing Manager role. Pull together transcripts and any marketing analytics or business coursework that supports the specialty occupation argument your employer's attorney will need to make.
Target Adobe's product divisions strategically
Adobe's growth marketing headcount is concentrated in Digital Experience and Creative Cloud divisions. Roles tied to these product lines have historically moved faster through approval and onboarding than roles in newer verticals, so filtering your search by division can improve your odds.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified Adobe openings
Not all job boards surface Adobe roles that explicitly support visa sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter Growth Marketing Manager openings at Adobe by visa category, so you only spend time on positions where your authorization type is already confirmed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Growth Marketing Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Growth Marketing Manager roles. The process requires Adobe's legal team to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and then submit an I-129 petition to USCIS on your behalf. Because H-1B cap-subject petitions are subject to the annual lottery, timing your offer and filing relative to the April 1 cap season is critical if you're not already in H-1B status.
How do I apply for Growth Marketing Manager jobs at Adobe?
Apply directly through Adobe's careers portal and flag your visa sponsorship needs early in the recruiter screening call. Adobe's talent acquisition team screens for sponsorship eligibility at the requisition level, so it helps to confirm the role supports your visa category before investing time in the full interview loop. You can also browse verified Adobe openings filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Growth Marketing Manager roles?
Adobe uses H-1B for most international marketing hires, along with E-3 visa for Australian nationals, TN visa for Canadian and Mexican applicants under USMCA, and F-1 OPT or CPT for recent graduates. For longer-term employees, Adobe also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, which typically begins after you've established a track record in the role.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for a Growth Marketing Manager?
Adobe typically looks for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related quantitative field, along with hands-on experience running growth experiments, managing paid acquisition channels, or owning lifecycle programs. Familiarity with Adobe's own analytics and experience platforms is a genuine differentiator, as is demonstrable experience with A/B testing frameworks and CRM-driven campaign execution.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Growth Marketing Manager at Adobe?
Timeline depends on visa type. E-3 and TN sponsorship can move quickly, often within a few weeks of an offer, since neither requires a lottery or USCIS petition approval before you start. H-1B transfers for candidates already in status can also close in four to eight weeks with premium processing. New H-1B cap-subject cases require waiting for the next April filing window, which can mean a gap of several months between offer and start date.
