How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Applicantz Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with specialty occupation requirements
Staffing firms like Applicantz sponsor H-1B visas for roles that meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria. Focus your applications on positions requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher, general administrative or support roles are unlikely to qualify.
Make your visa requirement clear from the first conversation
Recruiters at staffing firms move fast. Stating your H-1B sponsorship need upfront saves time for both sides and lets Applicantz assess client fit before advancing you through their process unnecessarily.
Understand that the end client may drive sponsorship decisions
In staffing and recruiting, the agency often places you with a client company. Ask Applicantz directly whether they or the end client will act as the H-1B petitioner, this affects your timeline and what documentation is needed.
Apply during Q4 and Q1 to align with H-1B cap season
Staffing firms that sponsor H-1B visas typically begin identifying candidates in late Q4 for the April lottery window. Engaging Applicantz between October and February gives you the best chance of being considered for a cap-subject petition.
Search for Applicantz openings on a platform that tracks real sponsorship history
Not all job listings indicate whether sponsorship is genuinely available. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Applicantz roles where H-1B support has been demonstrated.
Ask about their placement clients before accepting an offer
Applicantz places candidates across various industries. Understanding which client sectors and company sizes they work with helps you gauge role stability, a key factor since H-1B status is tied to continued employment with the petitioning employer.

Does Applicantz sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Applicantz does sponsor H-1B visas. As a staffing and recruiting firm, their sponsorship activity is focused on placing skilled professionals in roles that meet the specialty occupation standard. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every position, so it's worth confirming directly with their recruiters whether a specific role comes with H-1B support before moving forward in the hiring process.
What types of roles at Applicantz are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Roles in technical, professional, or specialized fields tend to be the strongest candidates for H-1B sponsorship at staffing firms like Applicantz. Positions that require a specific bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, IT, finance, or analytics, are most likely to qualify as specialty occupations. Generalist or administrative roles rarely meet the threshold for sponsorship.
How do I find open jobs at Applicantz that include visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship histories so you can browse Applicantz openings with confidence that sponsorship is a real option. Because staffing firms place candidates across multiple clients, job listings can change quickly, checking regularly and setting up alerts for Applicantz roles improves your chances of catching relevant openings early.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Applicantz for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by early April each year, with USCIS typically opening registration in March. To be considered, you'd need to have an offer and completed petition paperwork well before that window. Engaging Applicantz recruiters between October and February gives you the best chance of being included in their planning for the upcoming cap season.
Does Applicantz sponsor Green Cards or other visa types beyond H-1B?
Based on available sponsorship data, Applicantz's visa sponsorship activity is currently concentrated in the H-1B category. Green Card sponsorship and other visa types do not appear prominently in their recent filing history. If permanent residency support is a priority for you, it's worth raising that question explicitly during early recruiter conversations to set clear expectations.
