Frame your credentials around specialty occupation standards
Partnerships Manager roles at Arcadis require a direct connection between your degree field and the role. Prepare documentation showing your bachelor's or higher degree aligns specifically with business development or a technical field Arcadis operates in, not just general management.
Target Arcadis offices with active infrastructure portfolios
Arcadis staffs Partnerships Managers closest to their largest client verticals: water, transportation, and environmental consulting. Research which U.S. office locations are expanding in those sectors before applying, since sponsorship decisions are often made at the practice level.
Search Arcadis openings directly through Migrate Mate
Filter Partnerships Manager roles at Arcadis by visa type on Migrate Mate so you can prioritize open positions where H-1B or TN sponsorship has already been confirmed, reducing the back-and-forth in early conversations with recruiters.
Address sponsorship clearly in your first recruiter call
Arcadis routes international candidates through their in-house immigration team, but recruiters screen for sponsorship need upfront. State your visa status and authorization timeline in your first conversation so the role doesn't advance and stall later over eligibility questions.
Align your offer timing with H-1B cap deadlines
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start. For a Partnerships Manager offer at Arcadis, work backward from that date when negotiating your start date to avoid a gap in authorization.
Prepare a client-facing portfolio before final interviews
Arcadis evaluates Partnerships Managers on demonstrated revenue or relationship outcomes, not just titles. Compile measurable examples of past partnership deals, client retention results, or cross-functional projects to present during late-stage interviews, which carry the most weight in sponsorship approval decisions.

Find Partnerships Manager at Arcadis JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Arcadis sponsor H-1B visas for Partnerships Managers?
Yes, Arcadis sponsors H-1B visas for Partnerships Manager roles. The company works with an in-house immigration team to support candidates who require sponsorship, including both cap-subject H-1B petitions and H-1B transfers for candidates already holding the status. If you're in the lottery cycle, confirm your timeline with the recruiter early in the process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Partnerships Manager roles at Arcadis?
Arcadis sponsors across several categories for this function, including H-1B, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, TN for Canadian and Mexican professionals, and F-1 OPT including STEM OPT extensions. The right category depends on your nationality and degree field. Candidates from Australia may also explore E-3 eligibility given the role's specialty occupation requirements.
How do I apply for Partnerships Manager jobs at Arcadis?
Start by browsing open Partnerships Manager positions at Arcadis on Migrate Mate, where you can filter by visa sponsorship type to identify roles that match your authorization needs. Apply directly through Arcadis's careers portal and flag your visa status in your application or cover letter. Arcadis's recruitment process typically includes a phone screen, competency-based interviews, and a final panel review.
What qualifications does Arcadis expect for Partnerships Manager candidates?
Arcadis typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a closely related field, combined with client-facing experience in consulting, infrastructure, or professional services. Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic accounts carries significant weight. For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree field needs to align directly with the role's responsibilities under USCIS specialty occupation criteria.
How do I understand the visa filing timeline after receiving an offer from Arcadis?
Once you have an offer, Arcadis's immigration team will file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before any H-1B petition is submitted to USCIS. Standard USCIS adjudication runs several months, though premium processing can reduce that window significantly. If you're transferring from another H-1B employer, you can begin work at Arcadis once USCIS receives the petition, before a decision is issued.
