Frame your credentials around ecosystem partnerships
Schneider Electric's Partnerships Manager roles center on channel and alliance work within energy management and industrial automation. Tailor your resume to show experience managing distributor or system integrator relationships, not just general sales or business development.
Target Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure partner programs
Schneider Electric recruits Partnerships Managers specifically to grow its EcoStruxure ecosystem. Demonstrating familiarity with how manufacturing or energy OEMs structure tiered partner programs signals role readiness and distinguishes you from candidates without industrial sector context.
Clarify your visa pathway before the offer stage
Schneider Electric sponsors H-1B, E-3, and EB-2 or EB-3 pathways. Know which category applies to you before interviews begin. Raising visa needs after an offer creates delays and can unsettle hiring managers who are unfamiliar with sponsorship timelines for a Partnerships Manager role.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles by visa type
Partnerships Manager openings at Schneider Electric are spread across business units and geographies. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles at Schneider Electric that align with your visa category, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is already on the table.
Understand how H-1B cap timing affects your start date
If you need a new H-1B, USCIS cap-subject petitions have an October 1 start date and a March registration window. Factor that into when you target a Partnerships Manager offer at Schneider Electric so your expected start date and visa timeline actually align.
Expect the Labor Condition Application to precede your offer letter
For H-1B and E-3 sponsorship, Schneider Electric's HR team files a Labor Condition Application with DOL before your petition can proceed. Ask HR early where the LCA process stands so you're not caught off guard by a two-week delay between offer and formal documentation.

Find Partnerships Manager at Schneider Electric JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Schneider Electric sponsor H-1B visas for Partnerships Managers?
Yes, Schneider Electric sponsors H-1B visas for Partnerships Manager roles. The process requires Schneider Electric to first file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying the offered wage meets prevailing levels. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, the registration window opens each March for an October 1 start date, so aligning your job search timeline to that cycle matters.
How do I apply for Partnerships Manager jobs at Schneider Electric?
Applications go through Schneider Electric's careers portal, where Partnerships Manager openings are posted by business unit and region. You can also browse roles filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which surfaces Schneider Electric Partnerships Manager positions specifically relevant to international candidates. Tailoring your application to the specific partner ecosystem (channel, OEM, or alliance) named in the job posting improves your odds significantly.
Which visa types does Schneider Electric commonly use for Partnerships Manager roles?
Schneider Electric sponsors H-1B visas for most international hires in this function. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 pathway, which has no lottery and offers two-year renewable periods. For candidates seeking permanent residence, Schneider Electric also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, typically after a period of employment, which involves the PERM labor certification process through DOL.
What qualifications does Schneider Electric expect for a Partnerships Manager role?
Schneider Electric typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, combined with experience managing channel or alliance partner programs. Familiarity with industrial automation, energy management systems, or manufacturing technology is a strong differentiator. Roles focused on EcoStruxure ecosystem partners often require prior experience structuring tiered distributor or reseller programs with measurable revenue outcomes.
How do I navigate the visa filing process after receiving a Partnerships Manager offer from Schneider Electric?
Once Schneider Electric extends an offer, their HR or immigration team coordinates with an outside counsel firm to file the LCA with DOL and then the I-129 petition with USCIS. Standard H-1B processing takes three to six months. Premium processing is available through USCIS for a fee if you need a faster decision. Keep close contact with HR throughout so document requests don't stall the timeline.
