Job Roles at BillionToOne Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in BillionToOne Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with BillionToOne's core technology
BillionToOne's work in molecular diagnostics and genetic testing means engineering, bioinformatics, and laboratory science roles are most likely to attract sponsorship. Focus your application on positions where your technical background directly supports their diagnostic platform development.
Understand which visa types BillionToOne supports
BillionToOne sponsors H-1B, Green Card, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If you're on OPT or CPT, this is a company worth targeting early, medical device companies with established sponsorship programs often prefer to convert candidates they already know.
Lead with your specialization in precision diagnostics or regulated environments
Medical device companies like BillionToOne value FDA-regulated experience and deep domain expertise. If your background includes molecular biology, regulatory affairs, or clinical diagnostics, make that front and center, it speaks directly to their hiring needs.
Browse verified sponsorship listings before applying broadly
Not all medical device companies sponsor visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your effort on companies like BillionToOne that have a demonstrated commitment to international hiring.
Prepare for a technical hiring process with a startup pace

Does BillionToOne sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, BillionToOne sponsors H-1B visas and has an active track record of doing so. The company's work in molecular diagnostics and precision medicine regularly requires specialized technical talent, making H-1B sponsorship a consistent part of their hiring approach. Roles in engineering, bioinformatics, and laboratory sciences are among the most common pathways.
What visa types does BillionToOne sponsor?
BillionToOne sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This breadth makes them accessible to international candidates at different stages, from students completing their degrees to experienced professionals seeking long-term work authorization and permanent residency pathways.
Which departments or roles at BillionToOne are most likely to be sponsored?
Sponsorship at BillionToOne tends to concentrate in technical and scientific functions, given the company's focus on single-molecule diagnostics technology. Roles in software engineering, molecular biology, bioinformatics, hardware development, and regulatory affairs are well-aligned with the specialized skill sets the company seeks. Operations and clinical roles may also qualify depending on the position.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at BillionToOne?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsoring employers and their open roles in one place. You can filter specifically for companies with H-1B or Green Card sponsorship history so you're not wasting time on listings that don't support work authorization. BillionToOne appears among companies with confirmed sponsorship activity.
How do I time my application to BillionToOne around the H-1B cap?
H-1B petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date, so the timing of your job search matters. If you're on OPT, aim to have an offer secured by February or March at the latest to give BillionToOne's legal team enough time to prepare your petition. Cap-exempt scenarios, such as prior H-1B approvals, can offer more flexibility on timing.
