Align Your Credentials to Engineering Consulting Standards
BKF Engineers operates in civil and infrastructure consulting, so frame your Customer Success background around project lifecycle support, client-facing technical delivery, and engineering software fluency. Highlight any experience with CAD platforms, GIS tools, or construction project management systems.
Target Open Roles Across Multiple Office Locations
BKF Engineers staffs Customer Success Engineers across several regional offices. Search by location rather than relying on a single posting, since sponsorship decisions and hiring timelines can differ by office and project pipeline activity.
Clarify Permanent Residence Sponsorship Early in Interviews
BKF Engineers has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for engineering roles. Ask directly whether the specific position includes a PERM-based sponsorship commitment, and confirm the expected timeline from offer to filing initiation before accepting.
Prepare a PERM-Ready Employment History File
PERM labor certification requires documented proof of your qualifications matching the job description exactly. Gather transcripts, reference letters, and prior job descriptions now so your employer's immigration counsel can move quickly once DOL filing begins.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface BKF Engineers Openings with Sponsorship
Filter by visa type and employer on Migrate Mate to find Customer Success Engineer postings at BKF Engineers that are actively tied to sponsorship. This saves time and keeps your search focused on roles where a Green Card pathway is already part of the package.
Understand the EB-3 vs EB-2 Filing Distinction for Your Role
Customer Success Engineer positions in consulting may qualify under EB-3 for skilled workers or EB-2 if the role requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability. Confirm which category BKF Engineers intends to file under before USCIS petition submission, as it affects your priority date and wait time.

Find Customer Success Engineer at BKF Engineers JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does BKF Engineers sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Engineers?
BKF Engineers' documented sponsorship activity for Customer Success Engineer roles has focused on permanent residence pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards through PERM labor certification. If H-1B sponsorship is a priority for you, raise it explicitly during the offer stage, since consulting firms vary on whether they initiate H-1B petitions for this function alongside or instead of Green Card filings.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Success Engineer roles at BKF Engineers?
The primary sponsorship pathway at BKF Engineers for this role is the employment-based Green Card, filed through either the EB-2 or EB-3 category depending on the degree requirements attached to the specific position. EB-3 applies to roles requiring a bachelor's degree, while EB-2 applies when an advanced degree or exceptional ability is a genuine job requirement. Both involve PERM labor certification through the DOL before USCIS petition filing.
What qualifications or experience are expected for Customer Success Engineer roles at BKF Engineers?
BKF Engineers is a civil and infrastructure engineering consultancy, so Customer Success Engineer candidates are generally expected to have a technical degree in engineering or a related field alongside experience supporting engineering software platforms, client project delivery, or technical onboarding. Familiarity with the project lifecycle in civil, structural, or land development consulting strengthens your application significantly compared to a general software customer success background.
How do I apply for Customer Success Engineer jobs at BKF Engineers?
You can browse open Customer Success Engineer positions at BKF Engineers directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles with confirmed sponsorship activity so you can prioritize applications where a Green Card pathway is part of the position. When applying, tailor your resume to BKF Engineers' consulting context, emphasizing technical client support and any engineering platform experience rather than generic SaaS customer success skills.
How do I understand the timeline from job offer to Green Card filing at BKF Engineers?
After accepting an offer, the PERM labor certification process through the DOL typically takes six to twelve months before USCIS receives the I-140 immigrant petition. Processing and priority date backlogs then determine how long until you can file for adjustment of status. Ask BKF Engineers' immigration counsel at the offer stage which EB category they plan to use and whether premium processing is available for the I-140, since that can compress the USCIS review window significantly.
