Target Brainlab's Technical Core
Brainlab's sponsorship activity clusters around software engineering, medical device development, and clinical applications roles. Focus your application on these areas, where the company has established sponsorship infrastructure and a stronger history of supporting international candidates.
Understand the Specialty Occupation Requirement
Brainlab sponsors H-1B visas, which require your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Roles in software, biomedical engineering, and clinical sciences typically meet this bar. Make sure your degree field aligns directly with the job you're applying for before reaching out.
Look Into Green Card Sponsorship Early
Brainlab has sponsored Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, ask during the offer stage about the company's willingness to initiate PERM labor certification, especially for senior or highly specialized technical positions.
F-1 OPT Candidates Have a Real Entry Point
Brainlab sponsors F-1 OPT, which means recent graduates can get a foot in the door before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship. If you're finishing a STEM degree in a relevant field, Brainlab is worth targeting as a structured pathway from OPT to long-term status.
Canadian and Mexican Applicants Should Ask About TN
Brainlab has sponsored TN visas, a faster and simpler alternative to H-1B for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professions. If you hold citizenship in either country and work in engineering, science, or a related field, ask recruiters specifically about TN eligibility.
Find Verified Brainlab Openings With Real Sponsorship Data
Not every job listing indicates whether sponsorship is actually on offer. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Brainlab roles where international candidates are genuinely welcome, saving time on applications that go nowhere.

Find Brainlab JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Brainlab sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Brainlab sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a consistent track record of filing H-1B petitions, particularly for roles in software engineering, medical device development, and clinical applications. If you're targeting Brainlab on an H-1B, focus on technical roles where your degree field directly matches the position's requirements, that alignment is what determines specialty occupation eligibility.
Which visa types does Brainlab sponsor?
Brainlab sponsors several visa types, including H-1B, Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. This range makes Brainlab a flexible option for international candidates at different stages, whether you're a recent graduate on OPT, a skilled professional seeking H-1B sponsorship, or a Canadian or Mexican national eligible for TN status.
Which roles and departments at Brainlab are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Brainlab is most common in technical and clinical functions, including software engineering, biomedical engineering, medical device integration, and clinical applications. These roles align with the company's core business in digital surgery and medical technology, and they consistently meet the specialty occupation standards required for H-1B and Green Card sponsorship.
How do I know if a Brainlab job listing includes visa sponsorship?
Job listings don't always specify whether sponsorship is available, which makes it hard to know upfront. Migrate Mate pulls verified sponsorship data for companies like Brainlab, so you can browse open roles with confidence that international candidates are genuinely considered. Applying through a platform with verified sponsorship history reduces the risk of pursuing roles that won't move forward.
How do I approach the Brainlab application process as an international candidate?
Start by applying to roles where your degree field directly matches the job description, since this is the foundation of any H-1B or Green Card filing. Mention your visa status clearly in your application or early in the recruiter conversation. Brainlab has an established process for sponsored hires, so being upfront about your situation is more effective than waiting to raise it later in the process.
