Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Sunset Park Neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY for a Spanish Speaking Social Worker. The Social Worker will provide direct services, including case management, individual and family counseling, and facilitation of support groups focused mostly in the schools, agency office and community. The role involves collaborating with families, schools, and community partners to develop and implement tailored plans to meet client needs. The Social Worker will also maintain thorough documentation, participate in team meetings, and support clients in accessing resources and services.
