Job Roles at Codex Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Codex Visa Sponsorship USA
Focus on technical roles
Codex's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technology and software, so roles in software engineering, data, and product development are your strongest targets. Prioritize applications to positions that clearly require a specialized technical degree or skillset.
Target roles that match your degree field
H-1B sponsorship at technology companies like Codex requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Make sure your degree field aligns directly with the position, a mismatch between your major and job function is a common denial trigger.
Search verified sponsors before you apply
Not every technology company that posts jobs will sponsor visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your search on employers like Codex that have an actual track record.
Address sponsorship early in your outreach
At a company of Codex's size, recruiters may not volunteer visa information unless prompted. Mention your work authorization status and the visa type you need in your first message, it sets expectations and avoids late-stage surprises during the offer process.

Does Codex sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Codex sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of supporting H-1B petitions for international employees in the Technology & Software space. Sponsorship is most common for specialized technical roles where the position requires a degree in a specific field directly related to the job duties.
Which visa types does Codex sponsor?
Codex sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range suggests the company is open to hiring international talent at multiple stages, from students completing practical training to professionals transitioning to long-term work authorization. TN eligibility applies to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles.
What types of roles at Codex are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Codex's position in the Technology & Software industry, sponsorship is most commonly associated with technical roles, including software engineering, systems development, and data-focused positions. These roles tend to meet the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B petitions, making them a stronger fit for international candidates seeking sponsorship.
How do I find open jobs at Codex that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified sponsoring employers like Codex. You can filter by visa type, industry, and company name to surface roles where sponsorship is a documented part of the hiring process, rather than relying on job postings that may not disclose sponsorship policies upfront.
How do I approach the application process at Codex as an international candidate?
Disclose your visa status and sponsorship needs early, ideally in your first recruiter conversation. Make sure your degree field aligns with the role, since H-1B approval depends on that match. If you're on F-1 OPT, communicate your remaining authorization period clearly so the hiring team can plan around your H-1B cap-gap or transition timeline.
