It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.

Verify your credentials through CGFNS early
Foreign-educated nurses must have their credentials evaluated before a U.S. employer can move forward with sponsorship. Start the CGFNS CES process well ahead of applications, as evaluation timelines can stretch several months and stall an offer.
Target Community Health Network's high-volume units
Community Health Network consistently posts openings across medical-surgical, critical care, and emergency nursing. Focusing your application on these units improves your odds of landing a role where sponsorship conversations are already part of the hiring manager's workflow.
Use Migrate Mate to filter nursing roles by sponsorship type
Not every Community Health Network nursing posting comes with sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by the specific visa type you need, so you are only spending time on positions that match your immigration situation from the start.

Find Nursing at Community Health Network JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Community Health Network sponsor H-1B visas for Nursings?
Yes, Community Health Network sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying nursing roles. Sponsorship is not automatic for every position, so you should confirm with the recruiter during early conversations. The H-1B requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is typically required for the petition to hold up under USCIS scrutiny.
How do I apply for Nursing jobs at Community Health Network?
Applications go through Community Health Network's careers portal, where nursing roles are listed by unit and location. You can also browse and filter open positions that include visa sponsorship using Migrate Mate, which lets you narrow by visa type before you apply. When you reach the interview stage, bring up sponsorship directly rather than waiting for the employer to raise it.
Which visa types does Community Health Network use for Nursing roles?
Community Health Network has sponsored nurses through H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and EB-2 or EB-3 immigrant visa pathways. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nurses without a lottery. EB-2 and EB-3 involve PERM labor certification and are longer-term pathways that lead to a Green Card rather than temporary work authorization.
What qualifications does Community Health Network expect for sponsored Nursing positions?
Most sponsored nursing roles require an active Indiana RN license or eligibility for endorsement, a bachelor's degree in nursing, and relevant clinical experience in the target specialty. Foreign-educated nurses need a CGFNS credential evaluation and must pass the NCLEX-RN. Advanced practice roles such as NP or CRNA positions carry additional licensure and certification requirements that must be met before USCIS will approve an H-1B petition.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Nursing role at Community Health Network?
Timeline depends on the visa type. H-1B standard processing runs three to six months after USCIS receives the petition, with premium processing available to reduce that to roughly two weeks. TN status for Canadian nurses can be obtained at the border in a single day. EB-3 Green Card sponsorship involves PERM labor certification followed by an I-140 petition, a process that can take two years or more before you receive permanent resident status.
