Join Community
Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.

Tips for Finding Healthcare Jobs at Community Health Network
Get Your Foreign Credentials Evaluated Early
Clinical roles at Community Health Network require U.S.-recognized licensure. If your nursing, therapy, or allied health credentials were earned abroad, initiate a NACES-member evaluation before applying so your qualifications are ready when hiring managers review your file.
Target Roles With Persistent Shortages First
Healthcare systems in Indiana face consistent shortages in areas like physical therapy, medical imaging, and surgical nursing. Sponsorship decisions are easier for hiring teams when the role is genuinely hard to fill locally, so prioritize specialties where demand outpaces domestic supply.
Confirm State Licensure Requirements Before Applying
Indiana's Professional Licensing Agency governs most clinical licenses. Applying before your Indiana license is in hand delays any H-1B or TN filing, since USCIS requires proof of licensure or a clear path to it before approving petitions for regulated healthcare occupations.
Browse Open Healthcare Roles Using Migrate Mate
Filter Healthcare roles at Community Health Network by visa type on Migrate Mate to identify which positions have active sponsorship potential. Targeting roles that match your specialty and current visa status cuts time wasted on applications that won't move forward.
Align Your Offer Timeline With H-1B Cap Deadlines
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. Securing your offer by February gives Community Health Network's HR team enough lead time to file before the registration window closes.
Ask HR Directly About PERM and Green Card Pathways
Health systems filing EB-2 or EB-3 PERM applications for clinical staff must complete DOL-mandated recruitment steps before filing. Raising the Green Card question early lets you gauge whether the role supports long-term sponsorship, not just initial visa status.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Community Health Network sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
Yes, Community Health Network has sponsored H-1B visas for Healthcare roles. Sponsorship is typically considered for positions where the role qualifies as a specialty occupation and the candidate holds the relevant U.S.-recognized credentials or licensure. Clinical roles in regulated disciplines are the most common fit. Reach out to their HR or talent acquisition team during the offer stage to confirm sponsorship eligibility for your specific position.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at Community Health Network?
Applications go through Community Health Network's careers portal, where you can filter by department and role type. Tailor your resume to reflect U.S. clinical standards and include your current visa status and work authorization timeline upfront. Hiring managers in healthcare value clarity on licensure status and availability, so address both in your cover letter or initial outreach to avoid delays in the screening process.
Which visa types does Community Health Network commonly use for Healthcare roles?
Community Health Network has sponsored H-1B visas and has used pathways including TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying clinical occupations, F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates in eligible healthcare roles, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for longer-term hires. The right visa category depends on your nationality, degree level, role type, and whether your position requires state licensure.
What qualifications does Community Health Network expect for Healthcare roles?
Expectations vary by role, but clinical positions typically require a relevant degree from an accredited institution, active or pending Indiana state licensure where applicable, and direct patient care or clinical experience in your specialty. For roles requiring H-1B sponsorship, your degree field must align closely with the job duties to satisfy USCIS specialty occupation standards. Allied health and administrative roles may have different thresholds. Use Migrate Mate to identify which open Healthcare roles align with your background and visa eligibility.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for Healthcare roles at Community Health Network?
Timeline depends on visa type. TN sponsorship for Canadian nationals can be secured at the border in a single day, while H-1B cap-subject petitions follow a March registration window with an October 1 start date, adding several months to the process. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 typically takes one to several years depending on your country of birth and DOL processing queues. Factor these timelines into your job search and any OPT expiration dates.
