Verify your credentials meet Oklahoma licensure requirements
Healthcare roles at INTEGRIS Health require state licensure before you can practice. If your credentials were earned abroad, confirm they're recognized by the Oklahoma State Department of Health or relevant licensing board before applying.
Target roles aligned with DOL specialty occupation standards
Not every Healthcare position qualifies for H-1B sponsorship. Focus on roles requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a defined field, such as clinical therapy, pharmacy, or healthcare informatics, where specialty occupation status is easier to establish.
Search INTEGRIS Health openings directly on Migrate Mate
INTEGRIS Health posts Healthcare roles across multiple facilities statewide. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for their visa-sponsoring positions so you're only spending time on roles where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Ask hiring managers about LCA filing timelines early
Before your offer is finalized, ask whether the Labor Condition Application has been submitted to DOL. LCA certification typically takes seven business days, but delays can push back your start date if the employer waits too long to initiate.
Prepare for employer-sponsored PERM if you're pursuing a Green Card
INTEGRIS Health has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 pathways, which require PERM labor certification through DOL. Gathering your foreign education evaluations, employment history records, and reference letters early puts you in a stronger position when that process begins.
Apply during active hiring cycles for clinical departments
INTEGRIS Health runs large-scale hiring for clinical and allied health roles on a rolling basis across its Oklahoma hospital network. Applying when specific departments post openings, rather than through general interest submissions, increases your chances of reaching a sponsorship-eligible role.

Find Healthcare at INTEGRIS Health JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does INTEGRIS Health sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
Yes, INTEGRIS Health sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying Healthcare roles. Sponsorship is typically offered for positions that meet USCIS specialty occupation requirements, meaning the role must require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Clinical, therapy, pharmacy, and health informatics roles are among those most commonly supported through this pathway.
Which visa types does INTEGRIS Health commonly use for Healthcare roles?
INTEGRIS Health primarily sponsors H-1B visas for nonimmigrant Healthcare workers and has also supported EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa pathways for employees pursuing permanent residence. The EB-3 category is frequently used for registered nurses and allied health professionals, while EB-2 applies to roles requiring advanced degrees or exceptional ability.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at INTEGRIS Health?
You can browse and apply for Healthcare positions at INTEGRIS Health directly through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles where visa sponsorship is available. INTEGRIS Health hires across its Oklahoma hospital and clinic network, so roles vary by location and department. Applying to positions that specifically match your licensure and degree field improves your chances of receiving a sponsorship-eligible offer.
What qualifications does INTEGRIS Health expect for Healthcare roles?
Qualifications vary by role, but most sponsored Healthcare positions require a relevant bachelor's degree or higher, active U.S. state licensure or eligibility, and some level of post-graduation clinical or professional experience. For foreign-trained candidates, a credential evaluation from a NACES-approved organization is generally required to verify equivalency with U.S. degree standards.
How do I understand the timeline for H-1B sponsorship at INTEGRIS Health?
Once you receive an offer, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with DOL, which takes around seven business days to certify. The H-1B petition is then submitted to USCIS, with standard processing taking several months. If your start date is time-sensitive, ask the recruiter whether the employer will use USCIS premium processing, which reduces the adjudication window to 15 business days.
