Align Your Credentials Before Applying
Oklahoma requires state licensure for practicing therapists, so verify your foreign credentials are evaluated through a recognized service before you submit applications. INTEGRIS hiring managers expect licensure eligibility confirmed upfront, not after an offer is extended.
Target Outpatient and Behavioral Health Openings
INTEGRIS Health operates behavioral health hospitals and outpatient clinics across Oklahoma where therapist demand is consistent. These settings historically drive recurring sponsorship filings, so filter your search toward those departments when targeting the organization.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Therapist Roles
Sponsorship-eligible Therapist openings at INTEGRIS don't always stay posted long. Search Migrate Mate to filter specifically for INTEGRIS Health roles that include visa sponsorship, so you're applying to verified positions rather than guessing from a general job board.
Understand How INTEGRIS Structures H-1B Filings
INTEGRIS sponsors both H-1B and immigrant visa pathways, but H-1B petitions for healthcare roles must include a certified Labor Condition Application from DOL. Ask HR early whether they file standard or premium processing, since therapy roles often have a defined start date tied to department schedules.
Prepare for the PERM Process if Pursuing a Green Card
For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, INTEGRIS would need to complete a PERM labor certification through DOL before filing an immigrant petition. Therapist roles frequently qualify under EB-3 professional categories, but the full process runs multi-year, so start that conversation with HR during offer negotiations.
Request a Defined Start Date in Your Offer Letter
H-1B petitions for therapist positions must specify an employment start date, and USCIS requires consistency between the offer letter and the I-129 petition. Gaps or vague language in the offer have caused RFEs in healthcare filings, so confirm the exact date is written into your offer documentation.

Find Therapist at INTEGRIS Health JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does INTEGRIS Health sponsor H-1B visas for Therapists?
Yes, INTEGRIS Health sponsors H-1B visas for Therapist roles. The process requires your employer to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and then submit an I-129 petition with USCIS. For therapy positions, INTEGRIS typically ties the petition to a specific department start date, so confirm that timeline with HR before accepting an offer.
How do I apply for Therapist jobs at INTEGRIS Health?
You can find and apply for Therapist positions at INTEGRIS Health directly through their careers portal. To filter specifically for roles that include visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate lets you search INTEGRIS Health openings by role type and sponsorship eligibility, which saves time compared to reviewing each listing manually on a general job board.
Which visa types does INTEGRIS Health commonly sponsor for Therapist roles?
INTEGRIS Health sponsors both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories for Therapists. H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant path for specialty occupation therapy roles. For longer-term immigration, INTEGRIS has filed EB-2 and EB-3 petitions, with EB-3 professional category being a frequent fit for licensed therapists who meet the degree and licensure requirements.
What qualifications does INTEGRIS Health expect for sponsored Therapist positions?
INTEGRIS typically requires a master's degree or higher in a relevant therapy discipline, such as clinical social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or occupational therapy, depending on the role. Active or pending Oklahoma state licensure is expected, and many positions require prior clinical experience in a behavioral health, rehabilitation, or outpatient setting. Foreign degree holders should have a credential evaluation completed before applying.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Therapist role at INTEGRIS Health?
For H-1B sponsorship, standard USCIS processing runs roughly three to six months after the DOL certifies the Labor Condition Application. Premium processing reduces the H-1B adjudication window to around 15 business days. If you're pursuing an immigrant visa through PERM-based EB-3 sponsorship, expect a multi-year timeline that begins with DOL labor certification before any USCIS petition is filed.
