- Development of plans of care Implementation.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes for patients.
- Patient assessments and creative engaging activities to enhance group therapy.
- Assist patients in obtaining services to enhance their health and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Counseling/Social Work.
- 1-3 years experience in Clinical Therapy
- Licensure required LCSW or LPCC
