Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.

Verify your licensure transfers across state lines
Indiana requires state-specific licensure for Therapists, and your credentials from another country or state must be evaluated before Community Health Network can file sponsorship paperwork. Contact the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency early to avoid delays after an offer.
Target Community Health Network's behavioral health openings specifically
Community Health Network concentrates its Therapist hiring in behavioral health and outpatient counseling programs. Filtering your search to these departments increases the likelihood of landing with a team that already has a sponsorship process in place for clinical roles.
Browse open Therapist roles on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa type, so you can surface Community Health Network's Therapist openings that align with your specific authorization, whether that's H-1B, TN, or F-1 OPT, without manually cross-referencing each posting.
Ask recruiters about LCA filing timelines upfront
Before Community Health Network can submit an H-1B petition, the DOL must certify a Labor Condition Application confirming the offered wage meets prevailing wage standards. Knowing this is already in motion protects your start date if you're working against an OPT or grace period deadline.
Align your degree field with the posted specialty occupation requirement
USCIS requires that your degree field directly correlates to the Therapist role being sponsored. A degree in counseling, clinical social work, or marriage and family therapy is the expected match. A general psychology degree alone can create complications during adjudication.
Clarify EB-2 or EB-3 green card intent during final offer negotiations
Community Health Network sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 pathways for clinical staff. If long-term residency matters to you, confirm during offer negotiation whether the role qualifies for PERM labor certification and which preference category the employer intends to pursue.

Find Therapist at Community Health Network JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Community Health Network sponsor H-1B visas for Therapists?
Yes, Community Health Network sponsors H-1B visas for Therapist roles. Therapist positions qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS criteria because they require at minimum a relevant bachelor's degree in a specific clinical field. Your degree must align directly with the role, and the employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before the H-1B petition is submitted to USCIS.
How do I apply for Therapist jobs at Community Health Network?
Apply directly through Community Health Network's careers portal, filtering by clinical or behavioral health roles. You can also use Migrate Mate to browse their open Therapist positions filtered by visa type, which helps you identify listings that match your specific work authorization before you apply. Tailor your application to the specific department, whether outpatient behavioral health, inpatient psychiatric, or community mental health.
Which visa types are commonly used for Therapist roles at Community Health Network?
Community Health Network sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Therapist positions. TN visas apply to Canadian and Mexican nationals working in qualifying clinical roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for international students completing clinical training before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship.
What qualifications does Community Health Network expect for Therapist roles?
Most Therapist positions require a master's degree in counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical discipline. Active Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure is typically required, along with supervised clinical hours that meet state board standards. Specialized experience in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, or co-occurring disorders strengthens your candidacy for Community Health Network's primary hiring areas.
How long does the sponsorship and hiring process take for Therapist roles?
Timeline depends on your current visa status and the pathway involved. An H-1B transfer or cap-exempt filing through a healthcare employer can take two to four months. A new cap-subject H-1B is tied to the annual lottery in March. PERM-based Green Card cases typically run one to two years through the DOL and USCIS process. Confirming your status and deadlines with the recruiter before accepting an offer lets you plan around these timelines accurately.
