Frame your credentials around specialty occupation standards
H-1B eligibility requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS guidelines. For a Management Consultant position at Crimson, document how your degree directly underpins the analytical and strategic work involved, not just general business experience.
Target open roles before the H-1B registration window
Crimson Education typically posts a high volume of Management Consultant openings. Applying and advancing through interviews before March positions you for H-1B registration in April, avoiding a full-year delay if you miss the annual cap cycle.
Highlight education sector consulting experience explicitly
Crimson's model is built around personalized student outcomes, not corporate transformation projects. Interviewers are more likely to advocate for sponsorship when your background shows direct experience advising students, academic institutions, or education-focused organizations.
Confirm Crimson's willingness to sponsor before final interviews
Some Crimson roles are filled locally without sponsorship even when others proceed through the H-1B process. Raise sponsorship directly with the recruiter during the screening stage so both sides invest time with aligned expectations.
Use Migrate Mate to identify active Management Consultant openings at Crimson
Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa sponsorship history, so you can find current Management Consultant openings at Crimson Education that are relevant to your work authorization situation and apply with confidence.
Understand DOL prevailing wage requirements for your location
Crimson operates across multiple offices globally and in the U.S. The DOL's prevailing wage determination is tied to your specific work location, so confirm where the role is based and research the corresponding wage level before negotiating your offer.

Find Management Consultant at Crimson Education JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Crimson Education sponsor H-1B visas for Management Consultants?
Yes, Crimson Education has sponsored H-1B visas for Management Consultant roles. Sponsorship is not automatic for every opening, so confirming visa support with the recruiter early in the process is essential. Roles that require specialized knowledge of admissions strategy or education consulting are more likely to clear the specialty occupation threshold USCIS requires for H-1B approval.
How do I apply for Management Consultant jobs at Crimson Education?
You can browse and apply for Management Consultant roles at Crimson Education directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces listings filtered by sponsorship history. Crimson typically posts a large number of openings in this function, so checking regularly and applying early in the hiring cycle improves your chances of being considered before the annual H-1B registration window.
Which visa types are commonly used for Management Consultant roles at Crimson Education?
The H-1B is the primary nonimmigrant visa used for Management Consultant roles at Crimson Education, as the position generally qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. If you hold a Green Card or are on OPT, those work authorization types are also viable for applying, and Crimson has hired across different authorization categories.
What qualifications does Crimson Education expect for Management Consultant roles?
Crimson typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree at minimum, often in business, education, psychology, or a related field. Direct experience supporting students through university admissions, academic coaching, or education consulting strengthens your candidacy considerably. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously are consistent themes across Crimson's Management Consultant job descriptions.
How do I time my application around the H-1B process if I need sponsorship from Crimson?
The H-1B cap registration opens in March each year, with an October 1 start date for approved petitions. To be included, your employer must register you before the window closes. Targeting Crimson's recruiting process in January or February gives enough runway for offer letters, legal review, and USCIS registration. Missing the annual cycle means waiting another year, so timing your application matters.
