Job Roles at Critical Mass Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Critical Mass Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles at the intersection of strategy and technology
Critical Mass sits within consulting and professional services, meaning sponsored roles tend to be in digital strategy, UX, data, and technology. Focus your application on roles where specialized expertise is clearly required rather than generalist positions.
Highlight specialty occupation credentials early
H-1B sponsorship at consulting firms depends heavily on establishing that your role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Lead your resume and cover letter with your degree field and how it directly maps to the specific position you're applying for.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B cap season
H-1B registrations open in March with an April 1 start date. At consulting agencies like Critical Mass, hiring decisions for cap-subject roles need to be made months earlier. Aim to have interviews completed by January or February.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm current sponsorship activity
Sponsorship willingness can shift year to year at consulting firms. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify whether Critical Mass is actively filing for the visa type you need.
Demonstrate client-facing impact in your application
Critical Mass works with major global brands, and consulting firms favor candidates who can articulate measurable outcomes. Framing your experience around client results rather than internal contributions strengthens your case for a role that justifies sponsorship.

Does Critical Mass sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Critical Mass sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in consulting and professional services, which includes roles in digital strategy, design, and technology that commonly qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B criteria. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role, so confirming directly with the recruiting team during the hiring process is advisable.
Which visa types does Critical Mass sponsor?
Critical Mass sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students and recent graduates. The company also sponsors TN visas, which are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals working in qualifying professional categories. International candidates should clarify which visa type applies to their situation early in the process.
Which departments or roles at Critical Mass are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Roles in technology, data, UX design, and digital strategy are most likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship at Critical Mass, as these positions typically require a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Generalist or support roles are less likely to meet the specialty occupation threshold that H-1B sponsorship requires.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Critical Mass?

How do I approach the application timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Critical Mass?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March, with employment starting October 1 at the earliest.
