How to Get Visa Sponsorship in DeepScribe Visa Sponsorship USA
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 distinction before applying
DeepScribe sponsors through employment-based Green Card categories. Knowing whether your background aligns with EB-2 advanced degree requirements or EB-3 skilled worker criteria helps you frame your qualifications accurately during the hiring process.
Lead with your specialty in AI or health tech
DeepScribe operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence and clinical workflows. Candidates with backgrounds in machine learning, natural language processing, or healthcare software are best positioned to compete for roles that typically attract sponsorship consideration.
Ask about sponsorship intent early in the process
DeepScribe is a smaller technology company, so sponsorship decisions can be role-specific. Raise your visa requirements respectfully during recruiter screening to confirm the position is open to sponsored candidates before investing time in later interview rounds.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before you apply
Not every tech company openly advertises sponsorship availability. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify whether DeepScribe has active openings that align with your visa needs.
Position yourself as a long-term hire, not a short-term need
Green Card sponsorship represents a multi-year commitment from an employer. When interviewing at DeepScribe, emphasize your interest in growing with the company and contributing to its long-term roadmap in AI-driven medical documentation.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does DeepScribe sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, DeepScribe's visa sponsorship activity has been focused on permanent residence categories rather than H-1B nonimmigrant visas. If you currently hold H-1B status through another employer and are seeking a transfer, it is worth confirming directly with DeepScribe's recruiting team whether they are open to H-1B portability for specific roles.
What visa types does DeepScribe sponsor?
DeepScribe has sponsored employment-based Green Card petitions, including EB-2 and EB-3 categories. These pathways support skilled workers and professionals with advanced degrees seeking permanent residence in the United States. Candidates targeting DeepScribe should be prepared to discuss long-term employment intentions, since Green Card sponsorship reflects a significant employer commitment.
Which departments or roles at DeepScribe are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at DeepScribe has historically supported technical roles, consistent with its focus on AI and software development for healthcare. Engineering, machine learning, and product development positions are the most likely candidates. Roles outside core technology functions, such as operations or sales, are less likely to be considered for employer-sponsored immigration support.
How do I find open roles at DeepScribe that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for DeepScribe directly on Migrate Mate, which aggregates and verifies employer sponsorship records so you can browse open positions filtered by real immigration history. This removes the guesswork of identifying which postings are genuinely open to sponsored candidates versus those that only accept candidates with existing work authorization.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting a Green Card sponsor like DeepScribe?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves multiple stages: PERM labor certification, I-140 petition, and ultimately adjustment of status or consular processing. The full process typically spans one to several years depending on your country of birth and priority date. Start conversations with DeepScribe's hiring team early, confirm their willingness to initiate sponsorship, and consult an immigration attorney to understand your specific timeline before accepting an offer.
