Job Roles at DELTA ELECTRONICS Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in DELTA ELECTRONICS Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and technical roles first
Delta Electronics' sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines common to Electronics & Hardware, think hardware engineering, firmware development, and systems integration. Focus your applications on roles where specialized degree requirements make H-1B sponsorship a natural fit.
Understand the visa types Delta uses
Delta Electronics sponsors both H-1B and employment-based Green Cards. Knowing this means you can realistically plan for long-term U.S. residency, not just temporary work authorization. Ask recruiters early whether a role is on a Green Card pathway.
Apply well before H-1B cap season
H-1B registrations open in March each year. Delta Electronics has a track record of active sponsorship, so getting your application in early and aligning your start date with the October 1 cap season is critical for a smooth transition.
Emphasize specialty occupation alignment in your resume
For Electronics & Hardware roles, clearly connect your degree field to the specific job duties. Delta's H-1B petitions depend on establishing specialty occupation status, so your resume should make the degree-to-role connection unmistakable to both HR and USCIS.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified open roles
When searching for Delta Electronics positions that offer sponsorship, Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. This saves time you'd otherwise spend guessing which roles are actually open to visa applicants.
Ask about Green Card timelines during interviews
Delta Electronics sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, which matters enormously for long-term planning. Raise the topic professionally during later interview rounds, understanding whether a role includes a Green Card pathway helps you evaluate the offer fully.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Delta Electronics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Delta Electronics sponsors H-1B visas and has maintained a consistent record of doing so across its U.S. operations. Sponsorship is primarily focused on technical and engineering roles within the Electronics & Hardware sector where a specialized degree is a core job requirement. If you're targeting Delta, confirm sponsorship availability directly with the recruiter for your specific role.
What visa types does Delta Electronics sponsor?
Delta Electronics sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant work visas and employment-based Green Cards, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 categories. This combination is significant because it means Delta can support both your initial work authorization and your path to permanent U.S. residency. Sponsorship for any given role depends on the position's qualifications and business need.
Which departments or roles at Delta Electronics are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Delta Electronics is concentrated in technical functions consistent with an Electronics & Hardware company, hardware engineering, electrical engineering, systems design, firmware development, and R&D are the most likely areas. Corporate and administrative roles are less commonly sponsored. Your strongest position is in a role that requires a specific technical degree and involves work that maps cleanly to H-1B specialty occupation criteria.
How do I find open roles at Delta Electronics that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find Delta Electronics positions that are open to visa sponsorship. Rather than sifting through job listings with no indication of sponsorship willingness, Migrate Mate lets you filter by verified sponsors so you can focus your energy on roles where H-1B or Green Card sponsorship is a real possibility. Check regularly, as new listings are updated continuously.
How do I approach the application timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Delta Electronics?
Plan around the H-1B cap calendar. USCIS registration opens in early March, with a lottery in late March, and approved petitions take effect October 1. If you're on OPT, your employer needs to file before your OPT expires, sometimes requiring a cap-gap extension to bridge the gap. Start conversations with Delta's HR team well in advance, ideally several months before March, to ensure the petition can be prepared and filed on time.
