Job Roles at TE Connectivity Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in TE Connectivity Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and R&D roles first
TE Connectivity's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and software engineering. Focus your applications on roles that align with their core product development and manufacturing operations for the strongest sponsorship likelihood.
Understand their Green Card commitment
TE Connectivity has a strong track record of sponsoring both H-1B and permanent residence. If long-term U.S. immigration is your goal, look for roles where the team has historically supported employees through the full Green Card process.
Highlight hardware and systems experience
TE Connectivity operates in a specialized domain, connectors, sensors, and electronic systems. Candidates whose backgrounds align with these product areas are far more likely to receive sponsorship consideration than generalist applicants.
Canadian and Mexican professionals should consider the TN visa
TE Connectivity sponsors TN visas, which offer a faster, simpler path than H-1B for eligible professionals. Engineers and scientists from Canada or Mexico should confirm TN eligibility before applying and flag it early in conversations with recruiters.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified open roles
Identifying sponsors is only half the work, finding their active openings matters just as much. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors like TE Connectivity so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find roles that match your visa type.
