Align your degree to the role
E-3 requires a direct connection between your bachelor's degree field and the job duties. In distribution and wholesale, that means pairing a supply chain, business, or logistics degree with a role whose job description explicitly requires that qualification. Misaligned credentials are the most common denial trigger.
Request the LCA before your start date
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with DOL and receive certification before you can apply at the consulate. At Blastmaster Holdings, coordinate with HR early to confirm who manages LCA filings and get a realistic certification timeline so your interview isn't delayed.
Benchmark your salary against prevailing wage
DOL requires your offered salary to meet the prevailing wage for your occupation and location. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the wage level for your specific role before accepting an offer, so you can flag any gap before the LCA is filed.
Use Migrate Mate to verify Blastmaster Holdings's E-3 history
Search Blastmaster Holdings on Migrate Mate to see its DOL Labor Condition Application filing history by occupation code. That tells you which roles the company has sponsored before, giving you a targeted picture of where your application is most likely to succeed.
Prepare for specialty occupation questions at the consulate
Consular officers at Australian posts routinely ask how your degree specifically qualifies you for the role. For wholesale and distribution positions, prepare a clear explanation connecting your coursework to procurement, inventory analysis, or supply chain functions the job requires. Vague answers raise doubt.
Confirm E-Verify enrollment before filing starts
STEM OPT and certain visa conditions require employers to be enrolled in E-Verify, and some states mandate it regardless. Confirm Blastmaster Holdings is enrolled before your LCA is submitted, since discovering an enrollment gap mid-process can stall your application for weeks.
Blastmaster Holdings USA LLC E-3 Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Blastmaster Holdings sponsor E-3 visas?
Yes, Blastmaster Holdings sponsors E-3 visas for qualifying Australian professionals. The company has filed E-3 Labor Condition Applications through DOL, primarily for roles in distribution and wholesale operations. If you're an Australian citizen with a relevant bachelor's degree and a job offer from Blastmaster Holdings, you may be eligible to apply.
Which roles at Blastmaster Holdings typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
E-3 sponsorship at Blastmaster Holdings tends to align with roles that require a bachelor's degree in a directly related field, such as supply chain management, procurement, logistics coordination, and operations analysis. Roles where any general degree satisfies the requirement are harder to support under E-3's specialty occupation standard.
How do I start the E-3 application process at Blastmaster Holdings?
The process begins with Blastmaster Holdings filing a Labor Condition Application with DOL. Once the LCA is certified, you complete the DS-160 online, pay the MRV fee, and schedule a consular interview at a U.S. embassy in Australia. USCIS is not involved in the E-3 consular process. The whole sequence typically runs four to eight weeks.
How long does E-3 sponsorship take at Blastmaster Holdings?
Timeline depends on how quickly Blastmaster Holdings submits the LCA and how busy your nearest consulate is. DOL typically certifies LCAs within seven business days. Consular appointment availability in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth then determines the remaining wait. Most candidates complete the process in four to eight weeks from offer letter to visa stamp.
How do I find E-3 jobs at Blastmaster Holdings?
Migrate Mate lists open roles at companies with verified E-3 filing history, including Blastmaster Holdings. You can filter by industry, occupation code, and visa type to find positions that match your background in distribution or wholesale. Applying through a platform that surfaces DOL LCA data helps you prioritize roles the company has sponsored before.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 sponsorship at Blastmaster Holdings?
E-3 employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, determined when they file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, ensuring Australian hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
