- Own end-to-end campaign execution including planning, timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables.
- Build and scale an always-on creator and UGC program to support ongoing brand storytelling.
- Partner with agencies to source and evaluate creators using both data and strong brand judgment (audience fit, content quality, brand safety, performance history).
- Develop clear, compelling creative briefs that balance brand standards with authentic creator voice; manage reviews and approvals.
- Coordinate campaign execution including content schedules, tracking links/UTMs, and whitelisting/ads permissions.
- Maintain program operations including creator databases, templates, and briefs.
- Stay current on creator trends, platform changes, and emerging tools; proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of influencer marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns (in-house or agency).
- Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Excellent creator taste and brand judgment, paired with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships, with a strong understanding of key contract terms (deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity, FTC compliance, brand safety).
- Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable insights.
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially in developing creator-facing briefs.

Align your degree to the role description
Dropbox's engineering and product roles require a directly related degree field, not just any bachelor's. Map your specific degree discipline to the job's specialty occupation requirement before applying, a mismatch is the most common E-3 denial trigger.
Research Dropbox's prevailing wage before negotiating
Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the prevailing wage for your target role and location before your offer call. Dropbox must certify your salary meets or exceeds that threshold in the LCA, so knowing the floor strengthens your negotiating position.
Confirm the LCA is certified before scheduling your consulate appointment
DOL must certify the Labor Condition Application before you can file your DS-160 or book a consular interview. Ask your Dropbox recruiter or HR contact to confirm LCA certification status so you don't schedule prematurely and delay your start date.
Use O*NET to build your specialty occupation case
Pull the O*NET occupation profile for your target role at Dropbox and screenshot the education and training requirements. Consular officers assess specialty occupation independently, and a printed O*NET profile showing a degree requirement in your field strengthens your application package.
Target Dropbox roles with Migrate Mate's employer search
Search Dropbox's E-3 filing history on Migrate Mate to see which job titles and locations have been sponsored. That data helps you focus your application on the departments and role types where E-3 sponsorship at Dropbox has actually been used.
Prepare for nonimmigrant intent questions at the consulate
E-3 is a nonimmigrant visa, so consular officers at Australian posts will probe your ties to Australia. Have a clear, honest account of your home connections ready, property, family, professional ties, before your Dropbox interview appointment.
Dropbox E-3 Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Dropbox sponsor E-3 visas?
Yes, Dropbox sponsors E-3 visas for qualified Australian nationals in specialty occupation roles. The company has an established immigration program and works with legal counsel to handle the Labor Condition Application and employer documentation. Your offer letter, certified LCA, and degree credentials are the core documents you'll need to proceed.
Which roles at Dropbox typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
E-3 sponsorship at Dropbox is most commonly associated with software engineering, product management, data science, and UX design roles. These positions generally satisfy the specialty occupation requirement because they mandate a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Roles in sales, operations, or general management are less likely to qualify unless the job description specifies a degree requirement.
How do I start the E-3 application process after receiving a Dropbox offer?
Once you have a written offer, Dropbox's immigration team files the Labor Condition Application with DOL. After certification, you complete the DS-160, pay the MRV fee, and schedule your consular interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate in Australia. USCIS is not involved in the consular E-3 path, so there's no petition filing wait.
How long does the E-3 process take at Dropbox?
DOL certifies the LCA within seven business days in most cases. Consular appointment availability drives the remaining timeline and varies by Australian post. Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth each have different wait times depending on the season. Most applicants complete the full process from offer to visa stamp within four to eight weeks, assuming no administrative processing.
How do I find current E-3 job openings at Dropbox?
Search Dropbox's open roles on Migrate Mate, which filters listings by employers with E-3 filing history so you're not guessing about sponsorship willingness. Focus your applications on engineering, product, and data roles where the specialty occupation requirement is clearest. Reaching out to Dropbox's recruiting team directly to confirm E-3 sponsorship availability before applying can also save time.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 sponsorship at Dropbox?
E-3 employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, determined when they file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, ensuring Australian hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
